1. Acceptance of Terms
By using GetHacked.eu, you agree to these terms. If you use our services on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to do so.
2. Services
GetHacked.eu provides security scanning and penetration testing services through an online platform.
3. Authorised Use
You may only test systems you own or have explicit written permission to test. You are responsible for obtaining proper authorisation.
You must not:
- Test systems without authorisation
- Conduct denial-of-service attacks
- Access, store, or transmit illegal content
- Interfere with other users or the platform
4. Accounts
You are responsible for your account security and all activity under your account. Contact us at hello@gethacked.eu if you suspect unauthorised access.
5. Billing
Paid plans are billed as described on the pricing page. Prices are in EUR and exclude applicable VAT.
6. Pentesting Engagements
Managed engagements are subject to a separate scope and offer. Testing begins only after you accept the offer. Findings are delivered through the platform.
7. Confidentiality
We treat engagement data and findings as confidential. Access is limited to your organisation and assigned testers.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our services help identify security issues but do not guarantee complete security. We are not liable for undetected vulnerabilities or for actions taken based on our findings.
9. Termination
Either party may end the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your platform access is revoked. You may request data export within 30 days.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the Netherlands.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. We will notify you of material changes before they take effect.
