GetHacked.eu is a security testing platform. We aim to process all data within the European Union.

When you create an account, we collect your name and email address as provided through our identity provider. Authentication is handled via OpenID Connect — we do not store passwords.
Service Data
When you use our services, we process the targets you define (domains, IP addresses) and store the resulting scan data, findings, and reports.
Technical Data
We collect server access logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) for security monitoring and abuse prevention.
3. How We Use Your Data

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.
4. Data Storage
We use EU-based infrastructure for data storage. Data is encrypted in transit using TLS. Each client's data is separated through application-level access controls.

We retain your data for the duration of your account plus a reasonable period after closure. You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting hello@gethacked.eu. Deletion requests are subject to any legal retention obligations.
